Requirements
- Background in IT services, cloud infrastructure, or managed services
- Experience supporting or managing IT services accounts, cloud operations projects, or managed services engagements
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, infrastructure operations, or IT service management practices
- Experience working with enterprise clients, with exposure to tenders or large-scale IT services engagements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and support business growth
