Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of confirmed experience in a generalist HR function
- Experience in an industrial, technical, or highly structured environment
- Expertise in recruiting technical profiles and/or hard-to-find profiles
- Good mastery of compliance, quality, and audit issues
- Ability to structure HR processes and accompany change
- Rigor, discretion, and a sense of confidentiality
- Proficiency in English (professional English required)
