We are seeking a Western Regional Sales Manager to lead and support all Industrial sales activity in the Western U.S. region. The role involves strategic planning, performance management, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sales growth and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field (or applicable experience)
- 10+ Years of technical sales experience
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in industrial automation or sensor technologies
- Existing relationships with key Industrial OEM and Distribution customers
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office, SAP
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to travel up to 30% within the Western U.S.
