Job Description
The Assistant Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and habilitation of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health needs. They will also be responsible for supervising staff, promoting excellence in programs, and fostering professional development.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior DSP experience preferred
- Interpersonal problem-solving skills
- Ability to accept and apply feedback
- Flexibility in availability
- Valid Driver's License preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn/use Workforce Management software
