Direct Support Professional - DSP 1

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) 1 position at YAI is responsible for assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in maximizing their strengths, interests, and abilities, while upholding their personal rights and displaying patience and tolerance. The DSP 1 will also provide emotional support and build positive relationships with individuals, and be responsible for the overall supervision, protection, and care of individuals at all times.
