Job Description
The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for all aspects of full-cycle, high volume recruiting for YAI Network, including designing, implementing, and directing all day-to-day operations of recruiting and onboarding activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Ten years of human resources experience involving direct, high-volume full-cycle recruiting in healthcare or social services
- Thorough knowledge of Federal, State, and Local employment laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes, workflows, and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Exceptional supervisory and leadership skills
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
