The Program Supervisor will ensure the health, safety, and habilitation of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health, while promoting excellence in programs and fostering interagency collaboration.
Requirements
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Prior Direct Support Professional experience preferred
- Background in supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health preferred
- Valid Driver's License preferred depending on location
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn/use Workforce Management software to effectively carry out essential business processes
