Job Description
YAI is seeking a Social Worker for the Hankering For More Socialization Program. The ideal candidate will be open-minded, creative, and forward-thinking, with experience in the ID/DD field. They will develop social skills curriculum, co-facilitate community outings, and provide supervision to student interns.
Requirements
- Master's degree in field of psychology, social work or related field
- At least 1 year of experience facilitating groups within the ID/DD field
- SIFI credential (or eligibility to pursue)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Exceptional clinical skills (group work and individual)
