Job Description
Yale Realty and Capital Advisors is seeking a Pacific Northwest Regional Director to tap into their existing network and source new relationships to generate leads for on-market listings and off-market transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions, exceptional organization and leadership abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- Sourcing new leads through cold-calls and other forms of outreach
- Leverage existing CRM to organize and manage existing and new client base through consistent outreach and follow ups
- Collaborate with national sales team to identify potential new clients
- Develop a strong understanding of the nuances of commercial real estate transactions
- Develop relationships with major operators, buyers, and real estate professionals in the market
- Drive market awareness of all institutional quality assets and transactions
Benefits
- Base salary plus commission
- Average total compensation ranging from $120k to $150k, heavily weighted towards commission based on production
