The Assembly Supervisor - Second Shift will be responsible for the efficient final assembly, electrical work, and quality/shipping readiness of vehicles. The position will supervise both on-site and temporary team members, work closely with production, project management, and quality to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue/profit.

- Leadership and development experience

- Bilingual abilities (read, write, and speak Spanish)

- Previous experience and demonstrated success in team leadership and leader development
