Fabrication Supervisor - Second Shift

The Fabrication Supervisor leads the Welding Team, ensuring the efficient final assembly, electrical work, and quality/shipping readiness of outgoing products. The position involves supervision of team members, quality control, and collaboration with production, project management, and quality to improve customer satisfaction and revenue/profit.

Requirements

• Leadership and development experience
• Strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service
• Ability to provide direction and instruction and work in a team environment
• High school diploma or related equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or related equivalent experience preferred
• 10+ years of welding experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience
