Field Service Supervisor

As a Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the productivity of field service technicians and satisfaction of service customers, creating a safe working environment, and owning financial performance. You will support, grow, and hold technicians accountable, analyze metrics daily to ensure work is flowing in a productive manner, and maintain current product knowledge and policy procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry experience
• Prior supervisory experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent people skills with customer service experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Prior experience in safety programs
