Job Description
As the Rental Specialist, you will act as an inside sales person for the Cat Rental Store (CRS), handling transactions for customers over the phone and in person, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing machine utilization.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales with strong leadership skills
- Computer skills to include Internet Explorer, Excel, Access, Word, Power Point
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem solving ability
- Highly organized in a fast paced work environment
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
