Job Description
The Rental Specialist will act as an inside sales person for the Cat Rental Store (CRS), handling transactions for customers over the phone and in person, and ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing machine utilization.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales with strong leadership skills
- Computer skills to include Internet Explorer, Excel, Access, Word, Power Point
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
