The Senior Tooling Engineer will be responsible for developing training material, evaluating tooling PM practices, and improving tooling related issues to enhance plant performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Plastics / Tool & Die or equivalent experience.
- Ten to Fifteen years experience in injection molding tool engineering.
- A minimum of ten years direct hands on tooling experience in an injection molding facility.
- A minimum of five years direct hands on plastic processing experience.
- Analytical problem solving skills.
- Exceptional understanding of injection molding processes and equipment.
- Extensive hands on experience with injection molding equipment, robotics, and auxiliary equipment.
- Proven maintenance troubleshooting experience.
- Proven mechanical aptitude for problem solving.
