We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead and develop our maintenance organization.

Requirements

• Ensure a high level of safety, working environment, and regulatory compliance
• Have personnel responsibility and develop employees and teams
• Be responsible for ensuring the facility has high operational safety and availability
• Be responsible for budget, forecasts, and financial follow-up
• Lead and distribute work within the maintenance organization
• Follow up, analyze, and develop key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Lead and implement investment and maintenance projects
• Be responsible for planning and prioritizing maintenance efforts
• Develop the organization's working methods, structure, and maintenance strategies
• Cooperate closely with all parties within Yara Köping, central functions, and external suppliers
