We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with 3–8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ECP projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Employee Central (EC) and Payroll processes, configuration experience, and good problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between EC and ECP
- Perform ECP payroll run activities, monitoring, error handling, and post-payroll processes
- Support Payroll Control Center (PCC) implementation, validation rules, and alerts
- Analyse and resolve issues related to master data, payroll results, replication, and interface errors
- Conduct requirement gathering, functional design documentation, and testing (SIT/UAT)
- Collaborate with business users to develop end-to-end payroll solutions
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (country-specific payroll knowledge preferred for India and GCC countries)
- Provide production support, incident management, and enhancements
- Prepare training material and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
