Job Description
YASSIR is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its People & Culture team in Algiers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle for diverse profiles, primarily in Tech, Data, Product Design, and Development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent field
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in recruitment, ideally in a technological or international environment
- Excellent mastery of interview techniques and sourcing tools
- Strong communication skills, ability to influence and collaborate with different stakeholders
- Proactivity, results-oriented, and autonomy
- Mastery of French, with a good level of English
