Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in professional services or consulting environment.
• In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, including social media and digital recruitment methods.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, external partners, and candidates.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Fluent in English (written and verbally)
