Job Description
Yazaki is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Oudsbergen, Belgium. The role focuses on ensuring seamless order processing, inventory management, and high-quality customer service. The specialist will be part of the supply chain and will work closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Manage standard customers orders (SPOT-orders, manual schedules, EDI/PDF/Excel formats)
- Handle emergency orders with speed and accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Procurement, Demand & Capacity Planning, Sales and Warehouse teams
- Analyze and report on obsolote and overstocked inventory
- Manage recharge processes for designated customers
