Job Description
The Tax Manager will review tax returns, supervise tax professionals, and develop strategies to drive new business development. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. taxation and a Bachelor's degree in accounting/taxation or a law degree. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. taxation
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/taxation or a law degree
- Qualification as a U.S. Certified Public Accountant or IRS Enrolled Agent
- Extensive knowledge of U.S. tax compliance and consulting needs for various investment funds
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proven experience in developing and sustaining deep client relationships
- Demonstrated experience as a team leader
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Ability to coach and mentor junior team members
