Legal Counsel

Yellow Social Interactive is seeking a proactive and compliance-focused Legal Counsel with 3-4 years of experience to support their legal and regulatory needs in the social gaming industry.

Requirements

• Masters's Degree in law
• At least 3-4 years of experience as legal counsel, with exposure to the igaming industry
• Strong experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation
• Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously, with different regulatory regimes
• Knowledge about privacy laws, applicable in the EU, Gibraltar and US would be a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to provide clear, concise, and pragmatic legal advice
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Commercially aware, with a business-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional team
