Job Description
The Mill Adventure is a scale-up seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team of 130+ technology and iGaming experts. The ideal candidate will have a law degree and 2–3 years of experience in Legal Corporate Housekeeping, Corporate Governance, or Commercial Legal work.
Requirements
- Drafting and reviewing corporate documentation
- Preparing and filing statutory corporate documentation
- Maintaining and updating statutory registers and corporate records
- Providing legal support in corporate reorganisations and mergers
- Managing and overseeing corporate portfolios of domestic and international clients
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
- Supporting the definition and review of vendor scope of services and service level arrangements
- Assisting with KYB/KYC processes and corporate compliance
- Law degree
- 2–3 years of experience in Legal Corporate Housekeeping, Corporate Governance, or Commercial Legal work
- Experience in drafting and reviewing technology and commercial agreements
- Familiarity with corporate compliance and client onboarding processes
