Project Manager

Requirements

• At least 8 years of construction experience required, with 10 to 20 years preferred
• Strong residential construction experience with some exposure to light commercial projects
• Proven ability to manage projects, schedules, and job sites independently
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local job sites

Benefits

• Base pay of $75,000 to $125,000 based on experience
• Performance-based earnings with total income potential of $150,000 or more
