The Sr. Director, Business Marketing is responsible for building and executing Yelp’s Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Agency Partner growth marketing program. This includes hiring, developing, and coaching a high-performing team of marketers capable of working across multiple verticals, audience sizes, and supporting pipeline generation for media and advertising products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a similar Mid-Market and/or Enterprise Demand Generation or Growth Marketing leadership role;
- Deep expertise in modern Demand Generation tactics and technology including but not limited to signal-based marketing, high-volume automation, and AI workflows.
- Experience hiring and managing great talent across multiple forms of marketing expertise.
- Strong business and product intuition, and the ability to synthesize metrics and trends into clear recommendations.
- Experience with experiment design, A/B testing, and rapid test iteration.
- Excellent communicator, verbal and written. Skilled at translating complex analyses into actionable insights for all audiences.
- Intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to stay ahead on AI, analytics trends, and evolving marketing technology.
- Organized thinking and clear leadership principles that help teams build and adapt quickly.
