Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team. The role requires strong analytical thinking, execution across multiple channels, and the ability to translate performance data into scalable marketing improvements. The ideal candidate has 2-4+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing or marketing operations.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing or marketing operations
- Strong written English skills with experience in professional B2B communication
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, backlink outreach, and content optimisation
- Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and build scalable systems
- Experience using AI tools to support marketing execution is an advantage
