4+ years of social media experience, USA market understanding, TikTok-native mindset, and strong ownership mindset

Six to eight years of ecommerce experience, hands-on experience with onsite performance and ecommerce merchandising, strong experience with Shopify or comparable platforms, proven background in onsite optimisation and ecommerce operations, genuine interest in skincare, beauty, or consumer brands

4-7 years of experience in performance marketing, hands on experience in paid social and paid search, solid understanding of CAC and ROAS

3-4 years of DevOps experience, expertise in Google Cloud Platform, and proficiency in scripting and automation

8+ years of experience, strong portfolio, deep understanding of layout, typography, colour, materials, finishes, and production realities

5+ years of experience in marketing or general management with experience in the US market and a proven track record of delivering growth in a fast-paced environment

Strong ERP experience, translation of business needs into clear priorities, leadership mindset
