The role involves owning on-site revenue performance, leading an ecommerce team, and collaborating with various departments to improve the website's effectiveness and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in DTC ecommerce, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
• Hands-on experience owning onsite performance and ecommerce merchandising
• Strong experience working with Shopify or comparable ecommerce platforms
• Proven background in onsite optimisation and ecommerce operations
