Country Manager US (m/f/d)

Yepoda is seeking a Country Manager for the US to own the business end-to-end, working across strategy, P&L, marketing, partnerships, and execution to scale the brand and build a strong local community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or general management, ideally in beauty, D2C, or consumer lifestyle industries
• Hands-on experience in the US market, with a deep understanding of consumer trends, influencer and social media landscape, and go-to-market strategies
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering growth in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent cross-functional project leadership skills — able to align and mobilize teams to deliver impact
• Strong negotiation and partnership management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and execute hands-on
