Yepoda is a fast-growing beauty start-up based in Berlin, looking for a Key Account Manager to oversee their strategic partnership with Sephora EU and drive retail growth, brand visibility, and commercial performance across the channel.
Requirements
- Experience in key account management within beauty, retail, or trade marketing
- Direct experience working with Sephora is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Sephora’s retail model, promotional calendar, and commercial KPIs
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in negotiation, assortment planning, and retail growth strategies
- Experience in stock and sales planning with a solid understanding of retail performance drivers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear actions
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product teams
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to take full ownership and drive topics independently
- Comfortable challenging external partners and pushing initiatives forward in a structured and professional way
- Demonstrated ability to combine operational execution with strategic thinking
- Hands on, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership
- Experience working in fast paced environments where proactivity and accountability are critical
