Compliance Specialist role at YES Prep White Oak Secondary, responsible for ensuring students with special populations receive essential services and support, managing caseloads, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
- At least two years of relevant work experience as a Special Education Teacher, interventionist, Bilingual or ESL teacher, or other relevant Special Populations campus or district role
- Valid Texas Teacher certification, including Special Education or ESL or Bilingual certification
- Experience with SameGoal, Ellevation, and Skyward
- Understanding of Special Education, Emergent Bilingual & 504 procedures
- Experience with Emergent Bilingual programming & LPAC meetings
- Master's Degree
- Experience in using a data management system for compliance
- Basic understanding in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in chairing/facilitating and ARD meeting
