- Manage and develop a cohort of teachers
- Set clear expectations and standards for excellent teaching in all content areas
- Manage the progress toward increased student achievement for a cohort of teachers
- Ensure that students receive outstanding instruction in all classrooms
- Ensure that students are safe and supported in all classrooms
- Participate in strategic district-led professional development for instructional leaders
- Facilitate and/or support the facilitation of grade-level planning time for a cohort of teachers
