Ylopo is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join its growing team, responsible for driving successful retention, adoption, and expansion of the Radar AI product-line.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing relationships in a Client Success, Account Management, or equivalent role
- Deep understanding of real-estate and seller pipeline strategy
- Ability to interpret AI-driven engagement data
- Strong client-facing communication
- Operational discipline with familiarity in managing and tracking tasks within a CRM platform
- Product curiosity and feedback translation ability
- Comfort managing high-volume subscription portfolios
- Experience working in a SaaS business environment or enterprise software highly preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce and FUB CRMs a plus
