Job Description
The Swim Lesson Instructor at the Y is responsible for supporting youth development through swimming classes, providing instruction, motivation, and creating a positive learning environment. Requirements
- Instructs swimming lessons in accordance with YMCA guidelines.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with volunteers, members, and colleagues.
- Conveys information on aquatics programs.
- Adheres to YMCA policies and procedures.
- Reports incidents and accidents.
- Trains and supervises class aides.
- Attends required training and safety programs.
