Overnight Camp - Head Cook

YMCA Buffalo Niagara is seeking a Head Cook for its overnight camps in Western New York. The successful candidate will manage food service operations, provide direction to staff, and maintain a clean kitchen. The work week follows the camper session, with dates of employment from June 14 to August 15, 2026.

Requirements

• Minimum 19 years of age
• Considerable work experience as a cook, preferably in a supervisory role
• Valid Servsafe certification
• Ability to work around children in a fast-paced recreational environment
