Job Description
The Before/After School Site Supervisor supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Site Supervisor assists in the planning and execution of Before and/or After School programs to achieve strategic goals and provide outstanding customer service to all students and parents.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in formal child care curriculum and programming
- Active Florida Teaching Certification, Certification in Guidance and Counseling, active School Resource Officer (SRO) designation or a minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- CPR, First Aid, AED certifications and Child Abuse Prevention training
