Before/After School Site Supervisor, Water Springs Middle (Orange County Middle Schools Program)

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Site Supervisor supports participation and retention by assisting in the planning and execution of Before and/or After School programs to achieve strategic goals and provide outstanding customer service to all students and parents.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in formal child care curriculum and programming, school age experience preferred
• Active Florida Teaching Certification, Certification in Guidance and Counseling, active School Resource Officer (SRO) designation or a minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required
• Microsoft Office proficiency required; Salesforce experience a plus
• CPR, First Aid, AED certifications and Child Abuse Prevention training within 60 days of hire date
