Group Exercise Instructor - Pilates, Downtown YMCA Family Center

The YMCA Family Center Group Exercise Instructor will support the Y’s mission of strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. This role involves providing high-quality group exercise, excellent customer service, and knowledge of group fitness trends. The position requires a warm and welcoming environment, active recruitment of participants, and upholding safety standards.

Requirements

• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (preferred prior to hire)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to choreograph music with group exercise movements
• Friendly and customer-service oriented attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to work a rotation schedule
