Job Description
YMCA Dayton, Ohio is seeking a Part-Time Group Exercise Instructor for Mat Pilates. The role involves providing excellent instruction, motivation, and support to members and participants in group exercise programs. The ideal candidate will be committed to the YMCA's welcoming and supportive environment and maintain the cleanliness of the group exercise area.
Requirements
- Leads fitness and/or related classes following YMCA standards.
- Communicates and enforces wellness center rules.
- Watches and corrects participants on exercise safety.
- Promotes wellness and YMCA programs.
- Arrives 10-15 minutes prior to class start.
- Sets up and takes down class equipment.
- Ensures registration and correct attire for classes.
