Job Description
The Referee/Official for Youth Sports will be responsible for monitoring sports activity, enforcing rules, and ensuring a fair game. The position requires excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 16 years of age with appropriate work permits
- 18 years of age & high school degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of youth developmental stages
- CPR/AED & First Aid certification within 60 days of hire
