Job Description
The Custodial and Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by addressing facility needs and adhering to organizational standards. This full-time position involves repairing and maintaining building systems, performing preventative maintenance, supporting programs, and ensuring customer service. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, equipment repair, or custodial work
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Basic computer skills
- CPR and First Aid certifications (may be required)
