Job Description
The YMCA of Central Massachusetts is seeking energetic and certified instructors to lead group fitness classes. Instructors should be knowledgeable in exercise strategies and able to motivate participants. Requirements
- Certified in instructing wellness exercise classes
- Knowledge of exercise strategies
- Ability to maintain class attendance and maintain high class standards
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a varied schedule (evenings and weekends)
