Job Description
The YMCA of Central Massachusetts is seeking a certified Group Exercise Instructor to join their Wellness Team. Instructors will provide group fitness classes in a timely manner, monitor attendance, and maintain a positive training environment. They will also be responsible for equipment upkeep and reporting issues.
Requirements
- Valid Group Fitness Instructor Certification
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a positive exercise environment
- Ability to handle equipment issues
