Head Lifeguard WCA (Seasonal)

The Head Lifeguard position is responsible for supervising aquatic-related personnel and ensuring the control and safety of participants during recreational and instructional swimming. This is a summer seasonal position with a start date of June 15th going through August 23rd.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old or 1 year experience
• Must hold a current lifeguarding certification
• Upon hire, Professional Rescue CPR AED, and First Aid certification required
• High School graduate or equivalent required
• 2 years of lifeguarding experience required
• Must possess effective communication and human relations skills
• Must show maturity and ability to relate to children and adults from all social/economic segments of the community
