Job Description
The YMCA of Central Massachusetts is seeking a Lifeguard (Part-Time) to provide supervision and safety in a pool environment. Lifeguard certification is required. Candidates will perform equipment checks, respond to emergencies, and maintain certifications. The position offers training opportunities and access to YMCA facilities.
Requirements
- Must hold active Lifeguard Certification
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must have basic Life Support or professional rescuer CPR/AED certifications
- Must be able to present certification before being hired
