Job Description
The Aquatics team at the Montachusett Community Branch YMCA is seeking a part-time Lifeguard to maintain a safe and supervised environment for pool users. Lifeguards are responsible for surveillance, safety adherence, emergency response, equipment checks, and chemical testing. This role requires prior lifeguard certification and a commitment to YMCA policies.
Requirements
- Lifeguard Certification (Must have valid certification, must be able to show)
- CPR for professional rescuer, AED, Basic Firs Aid, & Oxygen Administration certification (required or obtained within 30 days)
- Must be at least 16 years old
