Job Description
Join our Greater Cleveland YMCA team as an Assistant Swim Coach, promoting Christian principles and providing quality programs and services in our community.
Requirements
- Attend all practices and swim meets
- Give swimmers knowledge to understand and master strokes
- Build effective, authentic relationships with students and parents
- Ensure the safety of swimmers at practice
- Lead practices of the group(s) with care and excitement
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors
- Assist with recruiting, development and maintaining volunteers and parent groups/committees
- Lead warm ups
- Organize equipment
