Job Description
The Assistant Swim Team Coach is a part-time, non-exempt position within the YMCA of the USA. The role involves providing instructional training to program participants, supervising swimmers and practices, and ensuring a safe learning environment. Requirements
- Assist the Swim Team Director with designing and implementing training plans.
- Supervise swimmers and practices.
- Prepare meet entries and other tasks.
- Maintain swimmer behavior and communicate behavioral issues.
- Adhere to scheduled practices.
- Ensure pool safety.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Communicate effectively.
- Meet age and physical demands.
