Job Description
South YMCA is seeking a part-time Swim Team Coach to provide instructional training and coaching to program participants. The role involves assisting with all aspects of the program, from designing training plans and supervising swimmers to communicating with parents and reporting safety issues. The YMCA fosters a welcoming and supportive environment with a focus on growth and development.
Requirements
- Assist the Swim Team Director with design and implement a training plan.
- Assist with daily practices and meets for other groups.
- Assist with administrative duties related to meet and practice schedules.
- Ensure safety by enforcing pool rules and communicating safety guidelines.
