Job Description
The Coordinator of Aquatics Program plans, markets, schedules, and delivers all quality YMCA water-based programs for YMCA members, participants, and guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of related experience working in aquatic programming
- Minimum of one (1) year of aquatic instruction
- Minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience preferred
- Current CPR/AED Pro, O2 Management, Current First Aid
- Current Y lifeguarding or American Red Cross Lifeguarding, Instructor Certification a plus
- Current Water Safety Instructor or YMCA Swim Instructor certification required.
